Job summary

Mitek Systems seeks a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. You will drive the early stages of the sales cycle by engaging with decision makers and generating qualified leads for account executives.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales development or related prospecting experience in B2B technology or SaaS.
• Experience prospecting into complex mid-market or enterprise accounts.
• Record of meeting or exceeding targets for qualified meetings or pipeline.
• Confident making cold calls and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Strong research and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified pipeline through outbound and inbound activities.
• Engage decision-makers at target accounts via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with account executives to map strategic accounts.
• Set qualified meetings to create sales pipeline.
• Maintain Salesforce account, contact, and activity data.
• Improve outreach strategies using performance data.
