Job summary

Wing is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join their team in a fully remote capacity. Responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying leads, and conducting outreach through various channels. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 2 years of outbound sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume desk.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $40,000 to $50,000 per year, along with additional On-Target Earnings and benefits such as health insurance and flexible PTO.

Qualifications

• 6 months–2 years of outbound sales experience.
• Ability to communicate value clearly in writing and on calls.
• Reliable home/remote work setup.
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach.
• Clean and updated CRM records.
• Strong work ethic and competitiveness.
• Nice to have: experience with AI, SaaS, or BPO services.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads for sales opportunities.
• Conduct high-volume, multi-channel outreach.
• Tailor your approach to each prospect's business.
• Partner with Account Executives for smooth handoffs.
• Gather key prospect data and update CRM.
• Stay informed on the AI and staffing landscape.
• Meet monthly quotas for appointments and pipeline.
