Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI SDLC Transformation Manager to redesign software delivery for AI-native workflows and agentic systems. You will map value streams, identify waste, and craft roadmaps for enterprise clients across the SDLC from define to architecture validation.

The role requires deep experience with flow metrics, multi-agent/LLM-enabled systems, and consulting with large engineering organizations. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years across the full SDLC with ability to map and redesign delivery processes.
• Minimum of 3 years designing or building multi-agent or LLM-integrated systems.
• Minimum of 3 years in a consulting/advisory role with enterprise-scale engineers.
• Minimum of 3 years applying flow metrics as diagnostic tools (cycle time, WIP, throughput).
• Minimum of 2 years working with AI/ML systems, LLMs, or agentic architectures.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 12 years of work experience if no degree.

Responsibilities

• Value stream mapping and flow metric analysis to identify waste in SDLC.
• Design AI-native to-be processes that accelerate how software is defined and governed.
• Guide change management for teams transitioning to AI-augmented workflows.
• Strategize agentic systems for upstream SDLC phases: requirements, design review, architecture validation.
• Translate AI tooling and MCP concepts into actionable enterprise roadmaps.
• Collaborate across product, engineering, QA, security, and platform teams.
