Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in C#, Java or Python.
• Proven track record on complex software projects with high-quality deliverables.
• Experience in both manual and automated testing.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
• Proficiency in writing and executing test cases, scripts, and plans.
• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools (Selenium, TestNG/JUnit).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions).
• Familiarity with version control (Git, Subversion).
• Knowledge of databases/SQL for validating data and testing APIs/web services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, cases, and procedures to ensure systems meet requirements.
• Develop test plans/schedules and approaches.
• Write test cases and scripts and identify data for test scenarios.
• Document and communicate test results to stakeholders.
• Support analysis of test results and resolution of issues.
• Create daily test metrics and reporting.
• Perform other IT systems engineering activities as needed.
• Mentor junior testers and guide testing efforts.
