Job summary

Everforth Quinnox seeks an experienced Scrum Master to work remotely for a NY-based client. The role requires 8+ years overall and 6+ years as Scrum Master, with mandatory capital markets exposure. Strong SAFe, Scrum practices, and stakeholder coordination are essential for delivering complex initiatives.

Ideal candidates will guide teams, facilitate ceremonies, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with client expectations and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Capital markets experience is mandatory.
• Calypso experience is preferred.
• Total experience 8+ years; Scrum Master 6+ years.
• Excellent knowledge of SAFe, Scrum techniques and artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate people and projects, occasionally facilitating changes with a deliverables mindset.
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups.
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.
• Share Agile Metrics with Client Manager after each sprint.

Role: Scrum Master

• Prefer Scrum Master who has worked with Calypso
• Experience of working on Capital Markets is mandatory
• Total Exp. 8+ years, Scrum Master Exp. 6+ years
• Familiarity with software development
• Excellent knowledge of SAFe, Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
• Need the ability to coordinate people and projects (occasionally facilitating changes) with mind set on deliverables
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Manage each project s scope and timeline
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
