Job summary

SoftPathTechnologies is seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to guide a remote agile team and partner with the product owner to deliver value. You will facilitate ceremonies, coach team members, and help remove impediments to maintain velocity.

Responsibilities include backlog grooming, story estimation, epic creation, and cross-team coordination to ensure productive sprints and high-quality increments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of IT and 5 years of Scrum Master experience with agile/DevOps teams.
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, XP.
• Proficiency with Agile tools (Rally or Jira) for backlog management.
• Ability to estimate stories.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify project stakeholders and facilitate formation of the scrum team.
• Conduct daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.
• Work with development team on grooming, estimation, and creation of epics and personas.
• Facilitate acceptance of stories into sprints with the product owner.
• Coordinate with teams and participate in scrum of scrums to identify improvements.
