TFS HealthScience, a leading global CRO, seeks a Scientific Communications Project Manager - Publication Manager, HOME BASED (Anywhere in SPAIN) to lead the development and review of scientific assets. You will coordinate timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications to ensure timely, compliant outputs.

Ideal candidates hold a science degree with advanced management training and have proven experience in medical/ scientific operations within Pharma/Biotech, with strong English communication

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in science-related fields (pharmacy, biology, chemistry, etc.).
• Master's degree with education in Operations/Process/PM, Business Administration or Information Management is highly valued.
• Solid project management skills, plus strong communication and time management.

Mansioni

• Management and execution of tactical plans for creation and review of scientific/medical assets.
• Coordinate information tactics, timelines, stakeholder engagement, and budget monitoring.
• Develop guidelines, workflows, diagrams, metrics and reports for asset creation and review processes.
• Serve as trainer and contact for internal/external stakeholders on platforms and guidelines.
• Stay updated on innovation strategies and assist local implementation.
