Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life science or RN diploma required.
• 3 years of relevant experience in clinical research.
• Knowledge of clinical research regulations and quality standards.
• Strong project planning and metrics understanding.
• Ability to lead and manage staff.
• Excellent English oral and written communication.
• Solid organizational and prioritization skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget and in compliance with quality standards.
• Manage strategic project aspects and mitigate risks associated with technical and operational choices.
• Communicate effectively with clients to manage relationships and evaluate solutions.
• Develop and maintain project plans and timelines; track progress.
• Ensure study team members are trained on project systems and procedures.
• Maintain sound business practices and measure project performance.
• Manage project budget, profitability and invoicing per scope of work.
• Analyze profitability, revenue, margins and utilization with Finance & Accounting.
• Coordinate resource allocation with line managers across projects.
• Facilitate internal and external communication; report and escalate as needed.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Oversee high-level deliverables and participate in capability presentations.
