PharmaEssentia USA is seeking a Scientific Content & Publica­tions Manager to develop scientific resources, educational materials, and communications across the organization. This role supports MSLs, Medical Affairs leadership, and cross-functional teams by creating high-quality materials for training, congress activities, publications, and evidence communication.

This position ensures resources stay current, accurate, and compliant with Medical Affairs objectives, while backing Medical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare, life sciences, communications, or related discipline.
• Advanced degree (MS, MPH, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Medical Affairs, medical communications, scientific content development, publications, Medical Information, or related functions.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex scientific information into clear, audience-appropriate materials.
• Experience developing scientific presentations, training materials, congress resources, or publication-related deliverables.
• Understanding of publication processes and industry standards (GPP, ICMJE).
• Familiarity with medical review and promotional/non-promotional content review processes.
• Strong project management skills coordinating multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and publication or project-management systems.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain scientific training materials covering internal research, external publications, and evolving treatment paradigms.
• Create educational resources and training presentations for Medical Affairs and MSLs.
• Develop pre-conference training materials for major congresses (ASH, SOHO, EHA, ASCO, etc.).
• Prepare scientific content related to company-sponsored research, publications, and educational initiatives.
• Create external-facing MSL presentations and scientific slide decks.
• Develop and update scientific communication materials and training resources.
• Monitor emerging literature and congress data to keep resources current.
• Coordinate Medical Review Committee submissions with stakeholders.
