Job summary

PharmaEssentia USA is seeking a Scientific Content & Publications Manager to lead scientific content, educational resources, and communications across Medical Affairs. You’ll support MSLs, leadership, and cross-functional teams by creating and maintaining training materials, public-facing resources, and congress content.

The role ensures resources stay current, accurate, and compliant, with backup Medical Information support as needed. Remote with up to 30% travel; base salary range provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare, life sciences, communications, or related discipline required.
• Advanced degree (MS, MPH, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Medical Affairs, medical communications, scientific content development, publications, Medical Information, or related pharmaceutical/biotechnology functions.
• Ability to translate complex science into clear, audience-appropriate materials.
• Experience developing scientific presentations, training materials, congress resources, or publication deliverables.
• Knowledge of GPP and ICMJE recommendations; familiarity with medical review processes.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient in MS Office.
• Experience with publication or project-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scientific training materials for internal and external use.
• Create educational resources and training presentations for Medical Affairs and MSLs.
• Prepare pre-conference training materials for major congresses.
• Support publication planning across abstracts, posters, and manuscripts.
• Coordinate MRC submissions and revisions with stakeholders.
• Provide backup Medical Information support using approved content.
