Job summary

FlexSchool, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Technology & Systems Administrator to oversee day-to-day technology operations across its campuses.

You will serve as the primary tech resource, ensuring Google Workspace, Veracross, Zoom, and related systems are reliable, secure, and accessible to teachers, staff, and students. You will collaborate with leadership on technology planning, implement cybersecurity best practices, provide user training, maintain documentation, and resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, information systems, educational technology, or related field
• At least three years of progressively responsible IT/support experience
• Experience administering Google Workspace for Education
• Experience with school information systems; Veracross preferred
• Strong customer-service and communication skills
• Experience in a K-12 or independent school environment
• Familiarity with AI and emerging technologies in education

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator and operations lead for FlexSchool's technology systems.
• Manage accounts across Google Workspace, Veracross, and Zoom for faculty, staff, and students.
• Monitor the performance and security of core technology systems and address issues as they arise.
• Assist with technology planning, vendor quotes, and long-term upgrades.
• Provide training and day-to-day technical support to users.
• Maintain documentation of technology systems, configurations, and procedures.
