Job summary

Unquowa School is seeking a Technology Systems Administrator to provide day-to-day technology support and act as the liaison with Sourcepass, the MSP. The role will resolve routine issues, coordinate complex needs, and support schoolwide systems and scheduling.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing Apple devices with Jamf, administering Zoom, and supporting Google Workspace for Education and LMS platforms. A bachelor's degree in IT or a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience providing front-line and intermediate technical support.
• Jamf management experience is required.
• Experience administering and troubleshooting Zoom is required.
• Google Workspace for Education experience preferred.
• Experience supporting an LMS and training users with varying levels of technical experience.
• Experience with school scheduling or scheduling software is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line and intermediate technical support for devices, software, connectivity, user accounts, classroom technology, and school platforms.
• Document and elevate advanced technical issues to Sourcepass and coordinate their resolution.
• Support Sourcepass with deployment and management of MacBook devices through Jamf, including setup, inventory, repairs, and end-of-lease returns.
• Administer and troubleshoot the Zoom phone system.
• Maintain accounts, access, and permissions for Google Workspace for Education, the LMS, SIS, Active Directory, SchoolMessenger, and subscription-based platforms, and troubleshoot projectors, displays, and other school technology.
• Train and support faculty, staff, students and parents in the use of the school's LMS.
• Oversee registrations and related updates in the Programs Module of the LMS.
• Set up and provide technology support for school programs and events.
• Collaborate with school leadership to create and maintain schedules for classes, classrooms, faculty, rehearsals, and testing.
