Job summary

FlexSchool, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Technology & Systems Administrator to oversee day-to-day technology operations across campuses, primarily remote with occasional visits to Berkeley Heights, NJ and Bronxville, NY.

You will manage Google Workspace, Veracross, and Zoom, handle user accounts, and collaborate with leadership on technology planning and security. Strong communication and customer service are essential in this K–12 environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Educational Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience.
• At least three years of progressively responsible experience in IT support, systems administration, network administration, or a related technology role.
• Experience administering Google Workspace for Education.
• Experience working with enterprise or school information systems; Veracross preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator and operational lead for FlexSchool's technology systems, including Google Workspace, Veracross, and Zoom.
• Monitor performance and reliability of core technology systems and address issues as they arise.
• Assist with short-term and long-term technology planning and vendor evaluation.
