Job summary

E-Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our remote team serving PreK-12 students. This fully virtual role supports diverse learners across the United States from Washington, with flexible hours and a caseload-building opportunity.

Starting at $50/hour, compensation is commensurate with experience. Ideal candidates hold ASHA certification, state licensure, and experience in teletherapy, with strong collaboration and communication skills for engaging with families and schools.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Current ASHA certification required.
• Experience in teletherapy and working with K-12 students in virtual settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results and students' needs.
• Provide direct therapy services targeting articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatics.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational teams to support classroom goals.
• Document sessions, progress, and participate in IEP meetings.
