Job summary

E-Therapy is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist to support PreK-12 students. The role can be remote or on-site in OK, with licensing assistance available. Start ASAP for the 25/26 school year, full-time (37.5 hours/week), and compensation starting at $45/hour, commensurate with experience.

The successful candidate will conduct assessments, develop therapy plans, and deliver services across articulation, language, and fluency areas, collaborating with educators and families to meet IEP goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current ASHA certification required.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessments.
• Provide direct therapy services addressing articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to support goals.
• Incorporate evidence-based techniques and activities into sessions.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Document therapy sessions, progress reports, and relevant information accurately.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on speech and language needs.
