Job summary

Join E-Therapy as a Remote Speech-Language Pathologist for K-12 students. Provide speech and language therapy services in a virtual setting, building individualized plans and collaborating with teachers, parents, and school staff to support communication goals.

The position offers flexible hours, competitive pay starting at $48/hour, and opportunities to impact student growth across PreK-12. Prior teletherapy experience is valued and licensure/ASHA certification are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Current ASHA certification required.
• Experience providing speech-language therapy services in a school or pediatric setting; teletherapy preferred.
• Proficiency in pediatric assessment tools and therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with students, parents, and school staff.
• Knowledge of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems and other assistive technology (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results and students' needs.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, targeting articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' communication goals in the classroom and other settings.
• Incorporate evidence-based techniques and activities into therapy sessions to promote development.
• Monitor students' progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Document therapy sessions, progress reports, and related information accurately.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input regarding students' speech and language needs.
