Job summary

E-Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our remote K-12 team serving West Virginia students. This flexible role starts ASAP with compensation starting at $48 per hour, commensurate with experience.

As an SLP in our digital classroom, you will perform assessments, design therapy plans, provide teletherapy, and participate in IEP meetings. A Master's degree, ASHA CCC, and state licensure are required; teletherapy experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• ASHA certification (CCC) required; state licensure or eligibility.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings; teletherapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results.
• Provide direct teletherapy services to students, targeting articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatics.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and education teams to support goals in classroom settings.
• Document therapy sessions and progress; participate in IEP meetings.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
