Zusammenfassung

E-Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our remote team serving PreK-12 students nationwide. The role focuses on mobility, strength, balance, and functional goals, with responsibilities for evaluations, goal development, and collaboration with teachers, parents, and school staff.

Applicants should hold a Doctorate or Master’s in Physical Therapy, state licensure, pediatric/school experience, and comfort with teletherapy.

Qualifikationen

• Doctorate or Master’s in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience providing PT in a pediatric or school setting.
• Excellent communication with students, parents, and school staff.
• Teletherapy or online counseling experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Conduct evaluations of students' mobility, strength, balance, and coordination.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and goals for each student.
• Implement evidence-based PT interventions to improve motor skills and functional movement.
• Provide direct one-on-one and group therapy sessions when appropriate.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the education team to align therapy with IEP goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Document sessions, progress, and relevant information accurately and timely.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on PT needs.
