Job summary

E-Therapy seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team serving PreK-12 schools nationwide. The role offers 100% remote or on-site placements in Oklahoma, with ASAP start and caseload-building schedules.

You will evaluate mobility, develop treatment plans, collaborate with teachers and parents, and participate in IEP meetings while advancing students' motor skills and independence.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience providing physical therapy services in a pediatric or school setting.
• Proficiency with assessment tools and techniques used in pediatric PT.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with students, parents and staff.
• Teletherapy experience preferred.
• Knowledge of adaptive equipment and assistive technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations of students' mobility, strength, balance and coordination.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and goals for students.
• Implement PT interventions to improve motor skills and function.
• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions as appropriate.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents and school staff to integrate goals into IEPs.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
• Document therapy sessions and progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide PT input.
