Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience providing physical therapy in pediatric or school settings.
• Teletherapy experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and school staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mobility, strength, balance, and coordination evaluations.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and goals for students.
• Implement evidence-based pediatric physical therapy interventions.
• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions as appropriate.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the educational team to integrate therapy goals into IEPs.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to optimize outcomes.
• Document sessions and progress in a timely manner.
