E-Therapy is seeking a Remote School Physical Therapist to support K–12 students across Michigan and beyond. The role offers a flexible schedule, a strong clinical team, and the chance to impact student mobility and independence through evidence-based therapy.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience providing physical therapy in a pediatric or school setting.
• Proficiency in assessment tools and techniques commonly used in pediatric physical therapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students, parents, and school staff.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience in teletherapy or online counseling (preferred).
• Knowledge of adaptive equipment and assistive technology used in physical therapy (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Conduct evaluations of students' mobility, strength, balance, and coordination.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and goals for students.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to improve motor skills and functional independence.
• Provide direct one-on-one and group therapy sessions as appropriate.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the educational team to integrate therapy goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans for optimal outcomes.
• Document therapy sessions and progress in a timely manner.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on PT needs.
