Stride, Inc. is hiring a full-time School Counselor for its K12 Private Academy in a fully virtual role open to residents of all 50 states and Washington, D.C. You will support students’ academic, social, and career planning.

You will review transcripts, guide postsecondary options, collaborate with teachers and families, and participate in testing and counseling activities. Bachelor's degree and three years of counseling experience are required; state licensure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in counseling or related field.
• Three years of counseling/advisement experience.
• Licensed School Counselor preferred.
• Ability to clear background check.

Responsabilités

• Help all students plan postsecondary options.
• Deliver classroom instruction aligned with success standards.
• Review transcripts and prepare graduation plans.
• Collaborate with teachers to audit schedules for candidacy for graduation.
• Travel up to 20% for professional development and related activities.
