Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; three years of counseling/advisement experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, web search engines, and databases.
• School Counselor license preferred; background check clearance required.

Responsabilités

• Provide preventive counseling services and support student academic and social development.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop graduation plans and college/career readiness strategies.
• Deliver classroom instruction aligned to student success standards; review transcripts and schedules.
• Assist students with course placement, AP alternatives, and pathways for enrichment.
• Travel up to 20% for professional development, student testing, and required meetings.
