Job summary

Soliant is seeking a qualified Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver teletherapy services to students in a fully remote, educational setting. This independent contractor (1099) role offers flexibility and autonomy while supporting student success in communication and learning.

Responsibilities include conducting remote assessments, developing IEP goals, delivering sessions, and ensuring compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Florida SLP License (must be licensed in state of residence if outside Florida).
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations for students.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and treatment plans.
• Provide engaging teletherapy sessions aligned with educational standards.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation per school and state guidelines.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families.
• Monitor student progress and participate in virtual IEP meetings as needed.
