Job summary

Soliant is seeking a qualified Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide teletherapy to students in a fully remote, school-based setting. This 1099 contractor role offers flexibility and autonomy while supporting student communication goals.

Required qualifications include an active SLP license in the appropriate state, a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders, and CCC-SLP credentials. Prior school-based experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Active North Dakota SLP license (or licensure in state of residence if outside ND).
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• CCC-SLP certification and eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual speech and language assessments for students.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and treatment plans.
• Provide engaging teletherapy sessions aligned with educational standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation per school and state guidelines.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families.
• Monitor progress and participate in virtual IEP meetings as needed.
