ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a fully remote, 1099 school-based role serving students across Arizona.

Qualifications

• Arizona SLP license and PreK-12 certificate required
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA credential or CCC preferred
• Fingerprints clearance card required
• Experience delivering school-based therapy via teletherapy

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual school-based Speech-Language pathology services
• Collaborate with teachers, SPED teams, and school staff
• Manage a school-based caseload remotely
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and communication

Who We're Looking For:

We're looking for an SLP who is licensed and credentialed to provide school-based services in Arizona and is comfortable delivering therapy through a virtual platform.

Arizona Requirements:

• Arizona SLP license through the Arizona Department of Health Services
• Arizona PreK12 SLP Certificate through the Department of Education
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Required clinical experience
• Arizona DPS IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Applicable ASHA/clinical credentials
