Vector Security is seeking a Shared Services Customer Experience Service Coordinator to support customers by scheduling routine maintenance and emergency repairs. You will contact customers about trouble notifications and coordinate service in a remote US-based role.

Responsibilities include handling calls, reviewing accounts, monitoring chats, and coordinating routes for efficiency while collaborating with field teams and internal departments.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of customer service and scheduling experience.
• Effective written and verbal communication across multiple channels.
• Ability to remain patient, empathetic, and professional with diverse customers.
• Capable of making sound decisions and accounting for outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate scheduling of routine maintenance and emergency service repairs.
• Manage inbound/outbound calls to schedule work orders and inspections for residential and commercial clients.
• Review accounts and route trouble notifications to schedule appropriate actions.
• Monitor team chats and assist with route optimization and calendar accuracy.
• Collaborate with branch operations, technicians, and other departments.
