Qualifications

• Prior scheduling or workforce coordination experience.
• Experience in healthcare staffing or high-volume scheduling.
• Strong telephone and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities during staffing changes.
• Familiarity with WellSky Personal Care is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate caregiver schedules based on client needs and caregiver availability.
• Match caregivers to client shifts, including 24/7 coverage when needed.
• Communicate schedule details and changes to caregivers.
• Monitor coverage and promptly address staffing gaps or call-outs.
• Conduct preliminary screening of candidates and progress suitable applicants.
