Job summary

Assist World is seeking an experienced scheduling coordinator to manage instructor scheduling across Florida, optimize routes, and handle real-time decisions. You will interact with parents via calls, SMS, and email, while maintaining a high level of service.

Proficiency with Go High Level (GHL) and strong organizational skills are essential. The role offers a path from part-time to full-time as the franchise grows, with a fully remote setup and US-based workload.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years experience in admin, scheduling or operations.
• Strong English communication (spoken + written).
• Comfortable handling phone calls with US clients.
• Ability to work fast under pressure in real-time scheduling.
• Tech-savvy with quick learning ability.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule swim instructors across multiple Florida regions.
• Coordinate routes to minimize travel time between lessons.
• Manage territory logistics (Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, Orlando, etc.).
• Make quick scheduling decisions in real-time.
• Answer inbound calls and respond to parents via phone, SMS, and email.
• Maintain high-level customer service tone at all times.
• Work within Go High Level (GHL) to manage operations and messaging.
