Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Scheduling Center Agent 2 (Advanced Agent) to work from home on the Denture & Implant Team. You will guide patients through complex conversations, leveraging denture/implant knowledge and advanced sales skills to connect them with the right care.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, and navigate the CRM to assist with patient needs while meeting performance targets and ensuring a superior patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in dental industry and/or sales (call center/dental scheduling or high-volume env) preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver strong performance in CX and/or sales metrics.
• Proficient with navigating multiple applications and maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, scheduling appointments and answering questions across one or more brands.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and respond to chats in a high-volume environment.
• Utilize advanced customer service and sales techniques to increase appointment acceptance.
• Navigate the practice management system to review patient accounts and resolve complex inquiries.
• Apply critical thinking to address patient needs and remove barriers to care.
• Meet or exceed individual performance metrics and contribute to call center goals.
• Support onboarding and peer development by sharing best practices.
