Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Scheduling Center Agent 2 (Advanced) to join our remote denture & implant team. You will guide patients through complex conversations, educate on denture and implant services, and connect them with the right care while delivering an elevated patient experience.

Leverage your scheduling experience, strong sales skills, and critical-thinking to remove barriers to care. Full-time and part-time options, with competitive hourly pay and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of dental industry and/or sales experience preferred (call center or scheduling in a high-volume environment).
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, HIPAA-compliant, remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for patients, scheduling appointments across brands.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and chats in a high-volume environment.
• Use advanced sales techniques to increase appointment acceptance.
• Navigate the practice management system to review patient accounts and resolve inquiries.
• Meet or exceed individual performance metrics and support team goals.
• Assist with onboarding and share best practices when needed.
