Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Scheduling Center Agent 2 (Advanced) to work from home on the Denture & Implant Team. You will leverage advanced scheduling, denture and implant knowledge, and sales skills to guide patients through complex conversations and connect them with the right care.

You will handle inbound calls, chats, and outbound outreach, educate patients on services, address concerns, and drive appointment acceptance while maintaining HIPAA privacy and a quiet home workspace.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dental industry and/or sales experience (call center, scheduling or high-volume env).
• Proven ability to deliver strong customer experience and sales metrics.
• Proficient in navigating multiple applications while documenting information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, scheduling appointments across brands.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and chats in a high-volume environment.
• Utilize advanced sales techniques to increase appointment acceptance.
• Navigate the practice management system to review patient accounts and resolve inquiries.
• Apply critical thinking to address patient needs and remove barriers to care.
• Meet or exceed individual performance metrics and contribute to center goals.
• Support onboarding and share best practices with peers.
