0507 Team TAG Services, LLC is seeking a Scheduling Center Agent 2 (Advanced) to work from home on our Denture & Implant Team. You will handle high-volume calls, educate patients on denture and implant services, and guide them toward appointment acceptance with empathy and sales finesse.

The role requires 2+ years in dental sales or scheduling, strong multitasking and communication skills, and a quiet HIPAA-compliant workspace.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in dental industry and/or sales.
• Strong communication and professionalism in calls.
• Ability to navigate multiple applications while recording data.
• Comfort with high-volume inbound/outbound calls.
• Quiet HIPAA-compliant workspace required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients and schedule appointments.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and chats in a high-volume environment.
• Use advanced sales techniques to increase appointment acceptance.
• Navigate practice management system to review patient accounts.
• Apply critical thinking to address patient needs and remove barriers.
• Meet or exceed individual performance metrics and contribute to goals.
