Job summary

The Aspen Group is seeking a Scheduling Center Agent 2 (Advanced) to work remotely in the United States. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, guide patients through denture and implant services, and help them access specialized dental care with empathy and sales finesse.

You will use your scheduling center experience and critical-thinking skills to navigate complex conversations, educate patients, and connect them with the right care paths, while meeting performance targets and supporting

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of dental industry and/or sales experience (call center/dental scheduling preferred).
• Proven ability to meet customer experience and/or sales metrics.
• Proficient with multiple applications and documenting information accurately.
• Ability to handle complex patient interactions with professionalism and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, scheduling appointments and answering questions across one or more brands.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and chats in a high-volume environment, delivering a superior patient experience.
• Utilize advanced customer service and sales techniques to increase appointment acceptance.
• Navigate the practice management system to review patient accounts and provide accurate information.
• Apply critical thinking to address patient needs and remove barriers to care.
• Meet or exceed individual performance metrics and contribute to center goals.
• Support onboarding and peer development by sharing best practices.
• Additional duties as assigned by Call Center Leadership.
