Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Scheduling Center Agent 2 (Advanced Agent) to work from home on our Denture & Implant Team. You will guide patients through complex conversations, educate on denture and implant services, and connect them with the appropriate care.

You will handle inbound calls, navigate the practice management system, and apply critical thinking to remove barriers to care while meeting performance goals. Full-time and part-time schedules available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in dental industry and/or sales; call center or high-volume scheduling preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver strong performance in customer experience and/or sales metrics.
• Proficient with multiple applications; accurate information documentation.
• Ability to handle complex patient interactions with professionalism and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for patients, scheduling appointments across brands.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and chats in a high-volume environment.
• Utilize advanced sales techniques to increase appointment acceptance.
• Navigate the practice management system to review patient accounts and resolve inquiries.
• Apply critical thinking to address patient needs and remove barriers to care.
• Meet or exceed individual performance metrics and contribute to call center goals.
• Support onboarding and peer development by sharing best practices.
