Junction is building the infrastructure layer for diagnostic healthcare, enabling predictive, personalized care. We’re seeking a high-agency Scaled CSM to transform a ~100 Account Tier 4 segment into proactive, repeatable motions.

You’ll design programs, queues, and plays that drive value across a technically complex product in a mission-driven space. You’ll own end-to-end Tier 4 strategy, craft signals, triggers, and sequences, and collaborate with product/engineering to translate customer

Competenze

• 2+ years in customer success, scaled/digital CS model or lifecycle/growth marketing for a technical product.
• Managed 75+ accounts at once and built scalable systems.

Mansioni

• Own the Tier 4 segment: ~100 accounts, via a pooled, one-to-many model.
• Build proactive motions that scale: onboarding sequences, adoption campaigns, webinars, health-based plays, renewals.
• Analyze API docs and product releases to create campaigns that drive adoption.
• Design and run the queue: define signals and plays to ensure nothing slips.
• Collaborate with CS Leader on content/channels and with Support on recurring ticket themes.
• Identify expansion and renewal-risk signals and route to Sales or a named CSM.
• Use AI and automation to multiply coverage while preserving human touch where needed.
• Advocate for the long tail internally by sharing patterns with product/engineering.
