Leadfeeder is transforming Customer Success for scale. This Manager will own named coverage, digital programs, and onboarding processes, shaping how our customers experience value after signup.

You will drive capacity planning, test operating models, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales to evolve the CS motion. This role offers remote-friendly work and opportunities to lead a fast-growing team.

Qualifications

• Experience running CS at scale with named coverage or high-volume programs.
• Proven ability to manage and develop people across diverse working styles.
• Exposure to digital or programmatic CS in B2B SaaS: lifecycle campaigns and automated outreach.
• Commercial background or close to it: sales, RevOps, or CS with retention/expansion targets.
• Strong data literacy to turn usage data into coverage decisions.

Responsibilities

• Run a multi-motion coverage model with named coverage and digital long tail.
• Own onboarding sessions and ensure volume and completion rates stay healthy.
• Design and operate a digital program engine with lifecycle campaigns, webinars, and self-serve paths.
• Turn signals into action: read renewal and expansion signals and act weekly.
• Apply AI to scale reach and improve efficiency within CS workflows, with AI ops support.
• Develop the team commercially: coaching, hiring, setting outcome-focused expectations.
