Job summary

Integrated Power USA, a TotalEnergies platform, is hiring for a SCADA/OT Engineer to support utility-scale projects in the U.S. The role focuses on Ignition SCADA implementations, grid integration, and cyber security compliance across multiple sites.

You will work with vendors, EPCs, and internal teams to deliver reliable, low-carbon power solutions, with the possibility of remote work within the USA and occasional travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting SCADA and OT/IT operations for utility-scale power generation in the U.S.
• Strong expertise with Ignition SCADA (implementation and maintenance).
• Experience with SCADA protocols and infrastructure including MODBUS, DNP3, OPC, TCP/IP, serial, fiber, switches, and firewalls.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (routing, VPNs, firewalls).
• Familiarity with NERC compliance from a SCADA/OT perspective.
• Fluent English and a valid U.S. driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Enforce Total Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policy in all responsibilities and ensure external parties operate to TotalEnergies HSE standards.
• Collaborate with SCADA/OT vendors, EPCs, O&M teams to meet grid integration and cybersecurity requirements across project phases.
• Lead SCADA implementation and O&M for utility-scale projects with various technologies and architectures.
• Follow TERUSA standards for SCADA, OT/IT, and Cybersecurity; review vendor exhibits for compliance.
• Implement third-party data integrations (API, SFTP, OPC-UA, OPC-DA) for real-time data streams and automation.
• Develop tools for automated data acquisition and performance analysis from SCADA and other sources.
• Ensure PPC operation meets grid integration and operational requirements; manage documentation and project records.
• Travel approximately 1 week per quarter; participate in on-call rotation for critical events.
