First Citizens is seeking a SBA Loan Support Specialist for remote work with eligibility to be hired in NC, AZ, TX, GA, FL or SC. You will service SBA and commercial loans throughout the lifecycle, ensure data accuracy, and resolve servicing issues with internal and external partners.

The role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and proficiency with loan servicing systems and Excel. Collaborative problem solving and process improvements are key to success.

Formación

• Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4 years in Support/Operations/Customer Service
• Strong customer service and analytical skills required
• Proficiency in Excel and loan servicing systems preferred

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and service SBA and commercial loan accounts through the loan lifecycle
• Process operational transactions and resolve discrepancies
• Provide high-quality support to customers and business partners
• Assist with training of less experienced associates and process improvements
• Perform loan modifications, deferments, and servicing actions; reconcile general ledger accounts
