Dreams 2 Reality Recruitment is seeking a Remote Business Development Officer to generate and develop SBA lending opportunities with small business owners nationwide. The role focuses on business development, relationship management, loan origination, and identifying financing solutions.

The ideal candidate has SBA lending experience, an established referral network, and a proven track record of loan production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of sales experience in financial services or lending.
• SBA lending experience required.
• Proven ability to originate and close SBA or commercial loans.
• Active referral network development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Originate SBA loans, equipment leasing, ABL, CRE, construction, and other small business financing nationwide.
• Develop and maintain relationships with small business owners and referral partners.
• Generate new business through networking and prospecting.
• Develop and expand market penetration across the nationwide base.
• Identify financing needs and recommend appropriate financing solutions.
• Lead and manage a robust loan production pipeline.
• Coordinate with underwriting and credit teams to structure transactions.
• Present loan opportunities to credit authorities and obtain commitments.
• Maintain timely pipeline and activity information in Salesforce or other systems.
• Travel as required for meetings and events.
