Job summary

Adaptive Teams is seeking a senior SBA valuation professional to prepare and sign SBA 7(a) valuations for acquisition loans. You will own valuation methodology, analyze data, and ensure report quality while liaising with SBA lenders and lending teams.

This remote, project-based role requires credentials (CVA/ASA/ABV/CBA/BCA), extensive SBA valuation experience, and the ability to deliver high-quality work within 5–10 business days.

Qualifications

• CVA, ASA-BV, ABV, CBA or BCA credential required.
• Extensive hands-on SBA 7(a) business valuations experience.
• Strong SBA lender engagement and independence knowledge.
• Ability to independently own valuation methodology and sign final reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with lenders.
• Provide redacted sample valuation reports upon request.
• References from SBA lenders or lending teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and sign SBA 7(a) valuations.
• Own valuation methodology, analysis, conclusions, and report quality.
• Review analyst work and provide direction and feedback.
• Communicate directly with SBA lenders and lending teams.
• Answer lender questions and support the valuation through closing.
• Ensure work reflects SOP 50 10 engagement and independence requirements.
• Deliver assignments within approximately 5–10 business days.
• Help strengthen valuation templates, workpapers, and QC processes.
• Collaborate with our internal analysts and project-management team.
