Job summary

This remote role demands 10+ years of program management experience and a proven record in managing complex enterprise projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive delivery using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches, and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing complex enterprise programs and projects in large, matrixed organizations.
• Proven experience serving as both a Project Manager and Scrum Master.
• Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams across business and technology organizations.
• Experience creating and maintaining integrated project plans and managing dependencies.
• Strong risk, issue, and escalation management capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent English language proficiency (Mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive complex enterprise programs across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Serve as Project Manager and Scrum Master, coordinating timelines and resources.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, manage dependencies and milestones.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks; escalate issues as needed.
• Communicate effectively with executives and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
