Next Generation, Inc., an HR Path Company, seeks a SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Consultant to join our growing HR technology consulting practice. This role focuses on SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and related talent acquisition processes, with exposure to SmartRecruiters as a desirable bonus.

You will gather requirements, configure and support RCM, assist with RMK and Onboarding activities, and collaborate with project teams to deliver successful recruiting transformations for

Qualificações

• 2–5 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• 1–3 years hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM).
• Experience participating in SuccessFactors implementation, enhancement, or support projects.
• Understanding of recruiting processes and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Experience with requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and user support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote consulting environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in client workshops to gather and document business requirements.
• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) solutions.
• Assist with Recruiting Marketing (RMK) and Onboarding activities as needed.
• Support system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Create and maintain configuration documentation, process flows, and test scripts.
• Assist with production deployments and post-go-live support activities.
• Troubleshoot application issues and recommend solutions.
• Support recruiting process improvements and system optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with project managers, senior consultants, and client stakeholders to deliver successful projects.
• Participate in product training, certification programs, and professional development initiatives.
