Next Generation, Inc., an HR technology consulting firm, is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant focused on Recruiting Management (RCM) and related talent acquisition processes. The role offers growth in a collaborative, remote-friendly environment.

You will participate in client workshops to gather requirements, configure and support SAP SuccessFactors RCM, Recruiting Marketing, and Onboarding, and assist with testing, deployments, and post-go-live activities.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with 1-3 years in RCM.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote consulting environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
