Job summary

ZWILLING J.A. Henckels LLC in California seeks an SAP SD/LE/SCM Analyst to deliver expert functional support, design scalable solutions, and lead enhancements across SD, LE and SCM modules.

You will partner with business users to optimize order-to-cash and logistics processes, configure pricing, delivery, billing, and integration with external systems, and drive continuous improvement across the SAP landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or related field
• 5+ years of SAP SD/LE/SCM experience at a consulting level
• Deep knowledge of the retail industry
• SD/LE/SCM configuration experience: pricing, outputs, partner determination, delivery, shipping, billing
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end order-to-cash lifecycle
• Experience with IDocs, EDI, APIs and SAP integration technologies

Responsibilities

• Provide expert SAP SD/LE/SCM consulting and requirements gathering
• Configure SD/LE/SCM components (pricing, order management, delivery, billing)
• Develop functional specifications for RICEFW objects
• Lead testing (unit, integration, UAT)
• Support SAP integrations with external systems (warehouse/3PL, EDI, carriers)
• Analyze system performance and user feedback to improve SAP functionality
• Generate/monitor reports for reliability and security of SAP apps
• Partner with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service teams
