Job summary

Genesis Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP Cloud Project Manager to support our SAP Digital Transformation and Concur Practice. This role will lead the SAP Concur workstream on a large, multiyear SAP S/4HANA business transformation program for a major utility client, coordinating with client business and IT, the systems integrator, and third party vendors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading SAP projects, including large scale SAP ECC or S/4HANA transformations.
• Experience managing multiyear, multivendor transformation programs.
• Hands on CALM for planning, test/defect management, status reporting, and delivery metrics.
• Proficiency with Jira, SmartSheet and MS Project or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Cloud Implementations including S/4HANA, Concur, Ariba, and SuccessFactors.
• Lead the Concur workstream within a multiyear transformation program.
• Own CALM setup and upkeep, including requirements, test management, and deployment plans.
• Coordinate client business units, IT, SI, and vendors; manage risks and dependencies.
• Build and manage SAP Activate Agile projects with rigorous sprint execution.
• Oversee full project lifecycle from design through O&M and knowledge transfer.
• Manage teams, contracts, pricing, and deliverables in line with client goals.
• Serve as primary client-facing leader and manage expectations.
• Estimate timelines and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
• Setup and maintain client Cloud environment throughout implementation.
