Job summary

JPS Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd seeks an experienced PMO Project Manager to lead an enterprise SAP S/4HANA enhancement program. You will govern integrated plans, coordinate resources and vendors, and manage risks across multiple workstreams.

The role requires extensive PM experience, PMP certification, and proven capability in complex, matrix environments. Remote work is supported with onsite attendance in Middletown, PA as scheduled.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project/program management experience across large, complex IT initiatives.
• Proven track record delivering SAP/ERP or enterprise solutions projects.
• Experience managing multi-year programs with internal teams, vendors and SI partners.
• PMP certification and strong governance, planning, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple IT project workstreams with internal teams, vendors and SIs.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans with milestones, dependencies and critical paths.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources and delivery timelines.
• Establish governance, roles, escalation paths and decision-making processes.
• Manage lifecycle from initiation to closure with enterprise-wide coordination.
• Coordinate with business owners, technical teams, vendors, sponsors and executives.
• Identify cross-project dependencies, risks and resource constraints; drive mitigations.
• Produce leadership reports on progress, budgets, risks and decisions.
• Ensure PMO standards, methodologies and documentation are followed.
