The candidate will drive governance, schedules, costs, and risk, delivering on program milestones while aligning with PA Turnpike standards and priorities. This hybrid/remote engagement involves on-site attendance one week per month.

Qualifications

• Ten plus years of project/program management experience across multiple IT projects.
• Experience with SAP/ERP projects and enterprise solutions.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and vendor management capabilities.
• Proficiency with MS Project and MS Project Online for integrated planning.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple IT projects with internal/external staff and vendors.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, and budgets.
• Ensure governance, risk, and issue management across workstreams.
• Communicate status to executives and stakeholders, escalating where needed.
