Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a seasoned Functional Analyst for SAP S/4HANA PE, QM, and LIMS to lead, design, implement, and support manufacturing and quality solutions across global beverage production.

You will liaison between business stakeholders, architects, vendors, and system integrators, manage medium to large projects, and ensure compliance, governance, and continuous improvement. This is a homebased remote role with travel up to 20% and the chance to influence end-to-end

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, CS, engineering, or related field with related experience.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA Production Execution and Quality Management experience.
• Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) such as RealSPC or LabVantage.
• Proven ability to lead projects with software vendors and system integrators.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and validation in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP PE and QM solutions.
• Collaborate with vendors, architects, and business SMEs to deliver integrations.
• Manage medium to large projects and track progress, risks, and budget.
• Provide functional support for production, quality, and laboratory systems.
• Drive continuous improvement and governance across manufacturing processes.
