Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. seeks an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee KPI data, audits, and 3PL setups. This home-based role requires collaboration with plant managers to ensure standard Refresco practices across warehouses and SAP integrations.

You will lead a team, monitor warehouse performance, and drive process improvements while coordinating with 3PL partners and regional fleets to optimize pallet handling and dock scheduling across US/Canada.

Qualifications

• 7+ years relevant work experience in warehouse logistics management.
• Undergraduate degree in a related field; APICS designation asset.
• Experience in Food/Beverage Manufacturing preferred.
• Proficient in SAP warehouse operations and logistics systems.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies, GMPs, and wear PPE in warehouse/production areas.
• Schedule, communicate, and plan warehouse audits for all warehouses; ensure timely completion.
• Document audit gaps and set follow-up and completion dates with scores quarterly.
• Manage KPI Scorecard and update Warehouse Tracker; monitor trends and reverse negative ones.
• Plan and execute logistics with trucking firms to minimize freight costs; ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Train and support SAP implementations; develop and implement warehouse SOPs and policies.
